专辑简介
As the first album after its launch on 15 May 2025, the new label Deutsche Grammophon China (DG China), a collaboration with Universal Music Greater China, will release its first album on 23 May 2025: “Bach: The Cello Suites”, recorded by internationally acclaimed cellist Jian Wang.
‘No music has accompanied and inspired me as a cellist as much as Bach\’s cello suites,’ says Jian Wang. \”Over the past 20 years, I have returned to these works again and again, because they are fascinating and open up new facets and artistic insights for me each time. On the 20th anniversary of my first DG recording, I felt the desire to record these masterpieces once again and to make my growing understanding and my current thoughts audible in a new interpretation. I am very grateful to DG China for supporting this project.\”
